Description of Operations
The DOO must include the Indiana University purchase order number to which this coverage applies.
It is the responsibility of the university contracting unit (the unit requesting the contract) to make vendors aware of IU’s insurance requirements so they can determine if they can meet these requirements prior to signing of any contract(s). Exceptions are not taken lightly.
